This exhibition, developed by Trent Walter, sees artists, artist collectives and community groups around Australia, question what it means to be from Australia. Walter created the show in response to the 250th anniversary of Cook’s Pacific voyages.
The exhibition includes a contribution from Latrobe Valley artists collective, the ‘Coal Hole’.
Trent Walter is a printmaker and publisher of artist’s books and projects through his imprint, Negative Press. Latrobe Regional Gallery is the first venue in a national tour of the exhibition.
